Correct. The SSL certificate must be issued in the canonical name of the WSUS server. In the case where you have an Internet-published server for clients, that may require you to [a] implement multiple certificates or, [b] configure multiple identities on a single SSL certificate.First I used our wildcard SSL from RapidSSL, but I have read something about WSUS not being to happy about wildcard certificates.
Yes - I have installed the certificate in order to choose it in the IIS bindings. And also the intermediate certificate from the CA.And the ROOT certificate?
